Around 1979 I ordered a $130 exhaust system from JCWhitney. They kept my money and did'nt deliver the product because they were having financial trouble. I was a regular customer, but after that, they lost my business for 29 years...

I was not happy with the fed ex delivery service. The package was on the ground when my husband found it. UPS would have been better. I was happy with the merchandise.

The purchase porcess could not have been more simple. I saw what I wanted, purchased the items and a couple of days later the order was at my doorstep. This was my first purchase from JCWhitney, but it will not be my last.

One item in my order was not delivered, I was not charged for the item, it is not clear to me if the item will be shipped later, or if they just didn't have it and I have to get it somewhere else. .

The outer belt weatherstrip was shipped & received in a timely manner.
I did not receive any information on shipping for the dash cover, so after a week I called to inquire. JC Whitney did not know the status & said it would take 2 days to find out.
