i truly cannot answer some of these question, because the purchase was for a christmas gift. and i am not the one who wanted them. i am hoping that these product will not have to be returned.

I am satisfied with every thing except I haven't tried the purchase out yet as it is to cold to ride my motor cycle to test it out.Also the internet ad had a lower price than what I was charged.

The electric blanket was too small --smaller than what my husband expected. He is not the "return item" kind of guy, so he has kept it even though it's not really going to work for him.
